The Chiefs need more power and strength up front, and Bullard will definitely supply that. He's versatile enough to play defensive end in a 3-4 scheme and does a good job of plugging holes and being stout against the run.

Kansas City needs help at wide receiver, and Boyd has been one of the best in college football the past two seasons. He may not be a deep threat, but Boyd is an outstanding, fluid athlete who does nothing but make plays when the ball's in his hands.

Whether or not Sean Smith is re-signed, the Chiefs need to add depth at cornerback. Jones continued to improve throughout his college career, and he's also a potential difference maker in the return game, making him a good value pick in Round 4.

The Chiefs need some reinforcements for their aging linebackers, and Martinez will provide that. He led the Pac-12 in tackles last year, and while he doesn't have a skill set that stands out, he'll be a fine safety net at middle linebacker.
